Our February Self Care Sunday focuses on fitness and self-defense. Join us for one hour with Cory, a trainer at Pilger’s Old Skool Boxing & Fitness Academy. Cory will lead us through some warm-ups, basic punches and self-defense tactics. This class is open to all skill levels and will not involve sparring. Wear your gym gear and prepare to sweat! Each ticket comes with one post-session Thunderwing beer.
