In April we welcome back Cory and the team from Pilger’s Old Skool Boxing & Fitness Academy. Cory will lead us through some warm-ups, drills and basic punches and get our heart rates up. This class is open to all skill levels and will not involve sparring. Wear your gym gear and prepare to sweat! If you have wraps and gloves, bring them; otherwise, they will be provided. Each ticket comes with one post-session Thunderwing beer, seltzer or root beer.
