So are we! \nWhether you missed it the first time around\, or loved it (and our very drinkable Kölsch\, Donnerwülf\, made in collaboration with Wolf’s Ridge) so much you want in again\, we’re bringing you another chance to experience this classic beer service. \nNot familiar with how it works? No worries – we’ve broken it down\, step by step!🧐 \n1️⃣ Order Kölsch Service at the Taproom bar.\n2️⃣ The bartender will start you a tab\, pour your beer in a “stange” (the traditional 200ml–6.8 ounces–kölsch glassware)\, and bring it to you along with a Kölsch Service card and coaster.\n3️⃣ You drink the delicious beer\, and we’ll keep them coming\, tallying up your Kölsch Service card for each beer consumed.\n4️⃣ You can pause or stop your service by putting your Kölsch Service card or coaster on top of your glass.\n5️⃣ Once you’re done\, bring your Kölsch Service card to the bar\, and we’ll settle up your tab. \nThis service may be novel to our Westside Watering Hole™️\, but it’s a common drinking tradition in Cologone\, Germany\, where the Kölsch-style beer originated. \nYou set the pace\, and we’ll bring the service!
